What is PropertyTaxList.com?
PropertyTaxList.com provides Tax Lien and Deed investors with tax sale lists from counties across the U.S. Available lists are separated into 2 categories, pre-auction and Over the Counter lists. Website subscribers can choose between hundreds of avaialbe lists and hundreds of thousands Liens and Deeds. Subscribers also have access to the Training Center which contains more than 30 hours of recorded training webinars.
A 3 month subscription to the site is included with the purchase of the Tax Lien and Deed Home Study Course. Home Study Courses are offered at select Financial Conferences offered by real estate experts such as James Smith. Students that wish to maintain access to the website after their initial subscription may do so for a fee of $34.95 per month.

Some of the features provided on PropertyTaxList.com include an Auction Calendar, Training Center, and the most extensive collection of Over the Counter lists available anywhere. Between the Auction Calendar and the Over the Counter section you will find hundreds of current Tax Sale lists. Download as many as you wish. Lists are separated by color to identify which property tax enforcement method is used (Tax Lien, Tax Deed, or Redemption Deed). Pre-auction lists are those available on the Auction Calendar and reflect new lists provided by counties for Tax Sales scheduled to take place in the next 60 days. Over the Counter lists consist of Tax Liens and Deeds which have already been offered at a Tax Sale, but were not purchased. The Liens and Deeds on these lists can be acquired by simply making payment arrangements with the county they are located in. The Training Center: Take advantage of more than 30 hours of recorded training webinars.
Every webinar is recorded for those unable to attend the live event. Webinars are conducted using a state of the art service called Webex. This service allows us to not only record the webinar, but also show our viewers the desktop and internet browsing of the instructor. Another unique feature is our ability to broadcast the webinar over the internet so students can listen through their computer speakers instead of calling in. What about taking questions? We have that covered too. Students can ask questions by typing messages directly to the instructor. This enables us to stay on topic, but still address the concerns of each attendee.
