In early 2007, Stephen Swenson and Shade Ferre started Tax Sale Solutions LLC.  Shortly after its creation, Tax Sale Solutions partnered up the James Smith Coaching company and TruLearning.  Today, Tax Sale Solutions provides training for thousands of students across the U.S.  In addition to the Tax Lien program, Tax Sale Solutions also provides weekly training webinars, tax sale list downloads, and Hot Line services.
