START HERE! The following tutorial demonstrates how to use PropertyTaxList.com  to download tax sale lists, view upcoming auctions, and watch more than 50 hours of recorded training videos. How to login to PropertyTaxList.com 1. Your User Name or Email Address:  Your user name is the email address you gave us when you enrolled in the program.  It is likely the same email address that we use to correspond with you. 2. Your Password:  Your password was included in the welcome email you received shortly after enrolling.  If you haven't received this email, or you don't know what your password is, please contact the hotline at (866)243-8877 Using the Auction Calendar The Auction Calendar allows you to see which counties are holding sales in the next 30 to 60 days.  The calendar also enables you to download the tax sale list for each auction listed.  To download a list, simply click on the county name.   Downloading Tax Sale Lists Once you have clicked on the tax sale list you would like to download, you will be sent to this page. To download the list, simply click on the link the arrow is pointing to. Downloading Tax Sale Lists Most of the lists available are grouped together by state.  This is the page where you select which list you would like to download.  You can also download other lists in the same state.  Lists are available in a variety of formats including Word Docs, Excel, and .PDF docs. Tax Sale Lists Once you've managed to download a list, your next step will be to begin searching through the list.  What am I suppose to be looking for?  Look for a base bid, or opening bid amount.  In most cases the higher the base bid, the higher the value of the property.
